A very well established organization in Ewing, NJ is seeking a direct hire Administrative & Customer Support professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills experience in a business to business environment as well the ability to provide administrative services such as event and meeting planning, calendar management and document preparation. Please note this role is onsite 5 days per week with some flexibility with start and end times. Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries and issues from current clients and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Provide new customers with key information and enter their information into database
- Coordinate and set up meetings and events both onsite and offsite
- Manage calendar and scheduling for executive leader
Requirements:
- Two years plus of previous business to business customer support experience
- One year plus administrative support experience in a business setting
- Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to multi-task
