Up to $260k + $15k relocation + 30% bonus

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the organization's objectives are met. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO collaborates with senior leadership to align business units, drive efficiency, and deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and governing board to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Oversee operations, ensuring integration and alignment across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate on financial planning and resource management for cost-effective healthcare delivery.
• Represent the organization with external stakeholders and foster community relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, policies, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s in Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations.
• Certifications: FACMPE or FACHE preferred.
