Position: Commercial Maintenance Specialist

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $26 to $29/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:

• Previous commercial maintenance and customer service experience.
• Commercial real estate experience (office, retail or industrial buildings, hotel or hospital; any high-rise office)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift, 8am to 5pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform routine maintenance around the building, including repairing structural damage.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage.
• Maintain HVAC equipment.
• Repair damaged electrical wiring.
• Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Strong team player.
• EPA license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, and life safety systems.
