Job Title: Second Shift Superintendents

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Project Duration: 1 Year (April/May Start Date) Work Hours: 5 PM - 11 PM - Normal day time Hours after project completion

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Second Shift Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to oversee the remodel of two two-story office buildings in West Palm Beach. This role requires individuals who can manage the project efficiently, ensuring no disruptions or mess are left behind as the offices will be occupied the following day. The project involves interior updates with a significant focus on changing windows. Upon completion of this year-long project, there is an opportunity for a full-time, day shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the remodel project, ensuring all work is completed according to schedule and to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring no disruptions for the following day’s office activities.
• Coordinate and manage all construction activities during the second shift.
• Supervise and assist with the installation of new windows and interior updates.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, preferably in occupied building projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
