Day to Day:

Insight Global is hiring for an Construction Project Manager for our client to sit onsite in Milwaukee, WI. As a Construction PM, you will identify and complete assigned projects throughout the property while ensuring all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed. Alongside this, you will demonstrate unsurpassed guest service, a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values.


Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the projects you are accountable for are on schedule, and within budget through the lifecycle of the project
  • Coordinate team members, general contractors, vendors, corporate facility personnel, managers, and architectural and engineering firms to accomplish tasks
  • Inspect buildings to evaluate suitability for occupancy, considering Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) requirements, lighting, location, and size
  • Identify and compile future property projects and develop necessary budgets
  • Draw design layouts to include location of furniture, equipment, doorways, electrical and data outlets, and other facilities
  • Ensure timely, cost effective, and satisfactory completion of projects
  • Write and distribute Request for Proposals to solicit bids necessary for project evaluation
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA safety requirements


Must Haves:

  • An Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
  • The ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.


Plusses:

  • Six months of supervisory experience is preferred.
