Title: Project Coordinator

Schedule/Shift : Typical 8-hour workday, with occasional overtime; M-F; 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Any hours over 8 each day M-F are considered overtime and paid 1.5x
- Saturday hours are paid 1.5x
- Sunday are paid 2x
- First shift hours are paid 1.5x
Must Haves:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator/ Project Manager at a construction or industrial company
- Experience with Excel and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license (will need to take materials to jobsites on occasion)
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
- Willingness to work overtime on rare occasions

Day to Day:
Our customer who is a leading provider of refractories and industrial installation services, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Syracuse, NY. The Project Coordinators workday typically includes scheduling and preparing for upcoming projects, warehouse supervision, administrative paperwork, and customer interaction. This individual will work under the Regional Manager, as well as the Regional Construction Manager. This job may require up to 25% travel using a company car.
$23/hr to $25/hr.
