The ideal candidate will be the Project Engineer Engineer PFP ( Plumbing Fire Protection), who assists in establishing design criteria from the project proposal, assembles the basis of the design document, and assembles a complete set of contract documents for their trade, including the lay of main equipment rooms, closets, shafts, risers, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
- Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
- Balance the client relationship with an understanding of the project’s financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience as a project engineer, leading design and proficient in performing calculations
- Key designer on base building/infrastructure upgrades
- Strong experience in AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
