Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
• Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain schedules and budgets using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent for a commercial construction general contractor.
• Strong background in ground-up projects with extensive site work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 100% across Arizona and Southern California.
