Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a Marketing Leader NAM at Randstad, based in Atlanta (hybrid)



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Leader for North America with a robust background in e-commerce, B2B, and “B2B2C” marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in restructuring and building marketing teams, fostering collaboration, and working within a global matrix organization. This leader will drive regional marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and contribute to the company's growth. The role sits on the global marketing leadership team and reports to the Global CMO. Additionally, the marketing leader will execute the global marketing strategy, positioning Randstad as the Partner for Talent through our 4 specializations.


your typical day could include

A typical day in this role starts with a focused review of 'yesterday's performance'. This involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion rates. By analyzing these metrics, you can quickly identify areas that need attention or adjustment. Following this, team meetings ensure alignment with global marketing directives and collaboration with sales and product teams. The day may also include refining e-commerce campaigns to drive better results, all aimed at pushing the business forward. Strategic planning is tackled periodically, ensuring long-term goals are met.

Furthermore, activities such as B2B strategy sessions, focusing on partnership development and lead generation initiatives. Performance analysis and reporting are crucial components, along with managing the budget to ensure financial objectives are met.

In the afternoonTasks belonging to the people manager role are interwoven here and can include, one-on-one meetings with team members provide an opportunity for personalized guidance and support. Cross-functional collaboration is also a priority, allowing for the sharing of best practices with global teams. The day concludes with preparations for the upcoming week, ensuring all elements are in place for continued success.


you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • strategic planning and execution: develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American market. Align regional strategies with global marketing objectives to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
  • e-commerce leadership: drive e-commerce initiatives to boost online presence and sales. implement data-driven strategies to enhance the customer journey and optimize conversion rates.
  • B2B marketing: lead B2B marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • team development and management: restructure and build a high-performing regional marketing team. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and shared goals.
  • cross-functional collaboration: work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Act as a liaison between regional and global teams to streamline processes and share best practices.
  • performance analysis and reporting: monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • budget management: oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Manage expenditures to meet financial objectives and maximize return on investment.


your background

  • minimum 10 years in marketing, with a significant portion in e-commerce and B2B.
  • you have a proven ability to build and grow a global brand, preferably in B2B2C.
  • proven track record in leading marketing teams and driving business growth.
  • experience in a global, matrixed organization is essential.


your qualifications

  • education: bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • certifications: relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Digital Marketing) are a plus.
  • technical skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and e-commerce platforms.

The base salary range for this position is $210,000 - 220,000.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
