Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support a commercial real estate and development firm. This role focuses on implementing strategic marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility across a variety of real estate developments, hospitality, and retail properties. The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and requires a creative self-starter who is skilled at managing multiple projects while providing administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating content that highlights properties and events.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including property openings and community activities.
  • Develop marketing materials such as flyers, email newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Conduct research and manage data entry for real estate listings and marketing projects.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with tenants on joint marketing initiatives to drive mutual success.
  • Assist with creating floorplan exhibits and visual materials for management needs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director of Marketing and the team.
  • Support brokers and team members with various marketing and operational projects.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, tenants, and external vendors.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in graphic design and proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate and development is a plus.


Compensation:

  • $40,000 to $50,000, depending on experience
