This is an entry level position where you will learn the skills necessary to become a successful Loan Officer, Loan Processor, or Loan Closer with $100k+ income potential.

Responsibilities

The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) supports loan officers by ensuring loan applications are complete and ready to be sent to processing. The LOA collects supporting loan documents, prepares/sends disclosures, coordinates with the processing team, and carries out various administrative tasks. The LOA is expected to start the mortgage licensing process within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Business degree preferred
• Previous work experience in finance or real estate is a plus
• Social media skills is a plus

Compensation

$15-20 hourly depending on experience
