Responsibilities

The closer will ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documents prior to funding loans. The closer will also fund loans and clear any post closing conditions. The closer will work closely with other lending institutions, title/escrow companies, loan processors, loan officers, realtors, and other associated parties in a real estate closing transaction. They will coordinate closings and ensure all loan packages meet investor, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Business degree preferred
• Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry a plus

Compensation

$40-60k depending on experience, bonus potential
