Our client in High Point, NC is seeking a Building Supervisor/Quality Control Coordinator for their team. This role would be responsible for implementing quality control tactics for all operations.

Daily Duties Include:

• Help implement all quality control programs
• Oversee all reports that are submitted along with contracts
• Assist maintenance department with quality controls for all rental properties
• Make sure that all properties are up to local/state/federal building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Quality Control experience
• Knowledge of local/state/federal building codes
• Experience leading a team
