The Executive Assistant to the President provides comprehensive administrative support to the company's President. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, welcoming visitors, operating office equipment, handling mail, data entry, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This role demands a high level of accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities:
- Manage communication: Answer phones, take messages, and assign leads to agents.
- Maintain and update reference spreadsheets (pricing, pharmacy lists, etc.).
- Organize office supplies, plan documents, and enrollment kits.
- Support agents with quotes and marketing events as needed.
Client-Specific Duties:
- Schedule and manage appointments, including client communication and file preparation.
- Research and compile plan options tailored to client needs.
- Create and maintain client profiles in relevant platforms.
- Track and follow up on client appointments and updates.
Compliance & Miscellaneous:
- Maintain compliance logs and update Medicare and carrier reference manuals.
- Scan and organize client files for digital storage.
- Prepare materials for AEP and manage documentation storage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Personal qualities of integrity, work ethic and an ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to type and use general office equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional and team office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cell phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
