Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Elk Grove Village, IL, is hiring a full-time, Entry Level Admin Assistant.



Entry Level Administrative Assistant - Elk Grove Village, IL

$48,000 - $52,000/Annually (Plus full benefits, 401(k) match, 3 weeks PTO)

As we are expanding our brand, we are looking for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant for Our Elk Grove Village Office. This is a versatile role, where you will be supporting management by creating presentations and generating reports as well as being responsible for vital administrative duties that ensure operations run smoothly.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data collection and utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports and prepare presentations to distribute to the team
  • Prepare letters, documents, emails, and a variety of other material
  • Act as a liaison between executives, customers, and team; answer customer inquiries via email timely and efficiently, forwarding to appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Facilitate completion, collection, and flow of required forms/documents such as invoices/requests for payment, requests for information etc.
  • Work within internal database; create and update customer account information when necessary
  • Create and maintain various reference files, computer, and manual filing systems
  • Special projects as assigned by management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
