CORY is hiring a Regional Director in the Northern California Market who is passionate and driven about the real estate sector and ready to join a growing and thriving organization.We are welcoming leaders who have solid experience within the multifamily space, looking to transition into the senior living sector.

About Our Client:

Our client is an established real estate firm within the Senior Living sector focused on positively impacting their residents' lives. They have an incredible culture, with a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Manage a portfolio of 8-10 communities
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with a relentless drive to do the job despite obstacles.
• Build and coach a great team and communicate with important stakeholders.
• Coordinates work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed
• Provides new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations, which support improved efficiencies and performance.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 5+ years of property management experience at the regional level
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.

Perks and Benefits You'll Receive:

• $120K - $130K base salary plus up to 20% annual bonus incentives
