The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing transmission networks to ensure grid reliability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transmission system studies, including load flow, contingency analysis, and stability studies using PSSE .
• Develop and evaluate transmission expansion plans and system upgrades.
• Conduct interconnection studies for renewable and conventional energy projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory filings and project development.
• Provide technical recommendations for grid reliability, congestion mitigation, and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in PSSE software for transmission planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of power system operations, load flow analysis, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
