Relate Search is retained with a growth manufacturing organization in their search for a VP of HR in the greater Appleton area. As a a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of HR will be responsible for leading US HR for multiple non-union facilities throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed HR team
- Drive culture and change management initiatives throughout the region with a focus on employee engagement, high performance teams, employee attraction & retention, and talent development
- Lead the strategic people agenda in support of global, organization-wide goals and business performance
- Coach and counsel leaders, providing sound counsel and advice and act as strategic member of international HR leadership team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
- Track record of success leading HR for a smaller to midsize organization; experience in a global environment a plus
- Customer service attitude with excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to travel 30-40%
