We're Here Hospitality operates a number of small cafe's in corporate office buildings in downtown Chicago. We are a young, growing, and employee focused company that is looking to expand our team to meet growing demand.

Experience in restaurant kitchen quality food prep is required. Experience in pastry and baking is a major plus.

We need someone who is able to find their own fun, enjoy a day of service whether it's slow, fast, or in between. We need people who can find ways to be beneficial to the growth of the company during downtimes, and we are interested in showing additional compensation for those people who can maximize their time while still executing service at a high level.

This job has paid sick time, the majority of holidays off (including a week for Thanksgiving and 2 weeks for Christmas and New Years), no weekends, and a flexible schedule. We pay $24 per hour for those just starting with us, and quickly give raises to those who fit our team.
