We're Here Hospitality operates a number of small cafe's in corporate office buildings in downtown Chicago. We are a young, growing, and employee focused company that is looking to expand our team to meet growing demand.

We are looking for a talented pastry maker to help begin a small program that will service a small number of locations, while also being a part of a larger team. 

We need someone who is able to find their own fun, enjoy a day of service whether it's slow, fast, or in between. We need people who can find ways to be beneficial to the growth of the company during downtimes, and we are interested in showing additional compensation for those people who can maximize their time while still executing service at a high level.

This job has paid sick time, the majority of holidays off (including a week for Thanksgiving and 2 weeks for Christmas and New Years), no weekends, and a flexible schedule.
