Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the floor during shifts, ensuring top-notch service and team support.
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations, inventory management, and P&L analysis.
- Coach and mentor team members for consistent performance and customer service excellence.
- Enhance guest experiences at every opportunity, handling conflicts and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Maintain safety standards front and back of house, ensuring a secure environment for both employees and guests.
- Plan and execute large events and special match day promotions, working closely with the team to ensure success.
- Oversee the training and onboarding of new front-of-house team members, ensuring they meet our high standards of service and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experienced Hospitality Leader: 1+ years as a Front of House Manager in a full-service pub or restaurant.
