Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC 28273

Duration: 07+ Month with possible extension

Hours: 1st shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conforms to all safety policies and procedures.
• Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products.
• Active participation in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as needed.
• Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction).
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• The candidate must work with urgency, be very detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.

You Must Have

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge applicable to install software, Configure, trouble shooting on iOS and Android devices
• 1+ Year relevant experience
