Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance strategy.
• Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PAM team.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to privileged access.
• Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Develop training programs on PAM principles for employees and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PAM governance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure PAM governance effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in identity governance and PAM.
• Familiarity with identity management tools like CyberArk.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in process improvement and creating metrics and dashboards.
• Ability to run SQL queries and analyze project details.
• Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance is a plus.
