An employer in the Goodlettsville area is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist the team by navigating multiple systems to pull information and follow up on phone calls. This candidate will be supporting the background and drug testing team to work through voice messages and follow up on calls. In addition, they will be logging this information through their various internal systems and excel. This is a high-volume role, but great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large retail client and grow with this team.

Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of customer support
Excel (beginner level)
Experience navigating multiple systems to pull data and input the information.
Experience making customer service calls (outbound calling)
