Bar Parisette is a regional French bistro and wine bar led by Chef Madalyn Durrant. Bar Parisette is inspired by the contemporary ‘bistrots a vin’ of Paris, taking a progressive, seasonal approach to the bistro paradigm with a focus on harmonizing food and wine. Our beverage program has a strong focus on small production wines and an emphasis on food-friendly cocktails, with an extensive wine bottle list that offers the best values in the city. At this time, we are looking for passionate and dedicated servers and bartenders to join our team.
Candidates with a strong interest in wine will be prioritized, but we are always willing to train the right person.

Job Duties:
- Actively support a cohesive, collaborative relationship between back and front of house
- Provide a five-star experience while maintaining a comfortable environement for all guests
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, questions, and concerns by communicating effectively with management
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, including ongoing knowledge of an evolving wine list
- Complete all sidework in an efficiant manner
- Comply with all health department requirements
Other:
- Must hold a current Food Handler Permit and Basset certification from an accredited organization or be able to acquire one within a month
- Flexible hours are required (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
