Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Remote (PST)

Duration: 5 Months (likelihood of extension to 12)

Pay: $45 - $50/h

Must Haves:

-5+ years of contract management experience

-Deep understanding of vendor contract portfolios and templates

-Experience managing communications between internal legal departments and a sourcing supplier

-Experience standardizing contract language across multiple groups

-Experience managing the iCertis process

Plusses:

-Supply Chain or semiconductor marketing experience

-Previous Microsoft Experience
