Looking for a self-motivated, reliable, good-at-communicating via email and orally, customer service representative to be an employee in our ecommerce company.
You do not need ecommerce experience - we are looking for future employees with strong work ethic! Excellent written English is a must!

Start as early as Immediately. Flexible with schedule but 5 days a week, 8 hour days.

Duties:
-Handle email, text, live chat, and phone calls directly from customers
-Take feedback from customers and channel it into actionable changes that improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in whole team discussions
