Position Details:
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Austin, TX 78727 - Fully Onsite
Duration: 6+ months (Higher possibilities of getting extended)
Pay Rate Range: $20-21/hr.
About the Role:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience processing enrollment applications in the Healthcare Insurance, Workers' Compensation, or Medicaid markets.
  • This role requires interacting professionally with providers and ancillary staff to ensure timely and appropriate responses to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Interact professionally with providers to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
  • Process assigned applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify deficiencies in applications and communicate with providers for corrections.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status.
  • Contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance program guidelines to ensure high-quality processing.
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiency of processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information as per HIPAA requirements.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education Qualification:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
