Blu Omega is seeking a Systems & Cloud Administrator that will provide technical support in the definition, development and improvement of application architecture to ensure that client needs are fully met.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, using, and operating systems on the AWS platform and the GCP platform
• Use EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SNS, Route53, and Backup
• Responsible for Windows Server Administration and Linux Server Administration

Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS cloud management and administration
• Experience with EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SNS, Route53, or Backup
• Experience with Microsoft Windows or Linux Server Administration
• Experience with troubleshooting web-based application issues
• Experience with Web Hosting

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with scripting and automation
• Experience with remediating security vulnerabilities
• Experience with Windows Internet Information Services administration
• Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation principles, including IQ, OQ, or PQ
• Knowledge of network fundamentals, including DNS, subnetting, firewalls, IP addressing, or CIDR
• AWS Certification
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator Certification

Location: Hybrid/onsite one time per month located in Rockville, MD

Clearance: This position requires successful completion of a Public Trust Background Investigation as a condition of employment

Salary : $100,000-$125,000

Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
