Responsibilities:

• Leading a team that provides the support and delivery of all things D365
• Assist in the staffing of the ERP team, including interviewing and some people management responsibilities
• Applying system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of Dynamics 365 ERP
• Helps to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365FO program setup and configuration to support business processes and functions
• Keep abreast with emerging technologies around Dynamics
• Using recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365FO functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugs
• Apply functional and technical understanding of Dynamics 365FO to develop new functionality and integrations with other systems as required to support business growth.
• Apply hotfixes, kernel updates or any other Microsoft updates as required
• Lead in the creation of Technical Specifications Documents as well as documenting the enhancements made to the company’s Dynamics implementation
• Help define and work within an agile process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 Years’ hands on experience with configuring, developing, debugging, and testing Dynamics and/or AX platforms
• Experience with Azure blob and Logic Apps
• Extensive experience troubleshooting within application
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with different levels of internal customers
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Experience with Management Reporter within Dynamics 365FO
• Experience with the Power Platform a strong asset
