We are seeking a highly experienced Analog Design Engineer to join a leading organization at the forefront of high-performance RF/Analog Receiver and Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) design. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.

Key Requirements

  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10–15 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with significant expertise, OR
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-performance RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design.
  • Experience :
  • Proven track record of IC design, including chip tape-out and lab evaluation of receiver designs.
  • Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layout, and measuring/debugging IC performance to correlate with simulations.
  • Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics, and control/feedback loop stability analysis.

About the Role

This role is part of an industry-leading team focused on designing and validating high-performance RF and analog circuits for broadband ICs. As a Senior Analog Engineer , you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge multi-tens of GHz Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) and related optical interface chips, primarily using Silicon Germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS technology.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading active circuit design and driving technical innovation.
  • Developing advanced millimeter wave and transmission line structures.
  • Designing high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers.
  • Working with various analog components, such as linear regulators, AGC loops, sensors, bandgaps, etc.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate post-silicon validation, mass production, and customer support.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Direct project experience in one or more areas:
  • AGC loop design.
  • High-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC).
  • Continuous-Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE) design.
  • Package-system integration.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers.
  • Leading chip design projects and delivering successful silicon.
  • Translating chip-level specifications into detailed architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

What’s Exciting About This Opportunity

This position is part of a team driving innovation in optical front-end designs that are critical to next-generation AI chips and hyperscaler data centers. Join a collaborative environment that values technical excellence and fosters professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range : $145,300–$215,010 per annum (based on skills, experience, and market conditions).
  • Additional Compensation : Bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, including 401k, flexible time off, and paid volunteer days.

This role is eligible for a hybrid work model , with the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site.

If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of RF/Analog technology and thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
