Required Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ruby on Rails development and Kubernetes.
• Extensive experience with system modernization and aligning technical upgrades with business priorities.
• Expertise in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions that drive organizational success.
