Role : Implementation Specialist

Location : Winston-Salem, NC

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000

We are hiring for a prominent financial services organization specializing in payments infrastructure and related services. They focus on providing efficient, secure, and reliable payment systems for financial institutions. The company plays a crucial role in the processing and clearing of various payment types, including electronic transfers, checks, and real-time payments.

• Client Onboarding and Integration : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client onboarding and integration.

• Testing Support : Minimum of 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications.

• Technical Skills :

** Experience with Windows and Linux-based distributed systems.

** Proficiency with IBM MQ and Connect Direct technologies.

** Strong understanding of XML language used in messaging.

• Attention to Detail : Must be detail-oriented and organized in both thought and practice.

• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally in both written and verbal forms, including technical writing skills.

• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work at all levels within the organization.

• Adherence to Policies : Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are followed.

• Software Proficiency : Proficiency with MS Office applications, including MS Project.

• User Acceptance Testing : Proven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation.

• Software Development Knowledge : Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
