Senior Workday Integration Analyst
Location: Princeton, NJ
Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + 10% Bonus
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Visa Support: Not available

Oakleaf Partnership is supporting a top global brand in their search for a Senior Workday Integration Analyst to join their team in Princeton, NJ. This role offers an opportunity to work on advanced Workday technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, Extend, and other tools.
  • Deploy additional functionality within Workday utilizing Workday Extend.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, specifications, and procedures.
  • Support internal teams in using newly implemented functionalities, providing training and knowledge transfer as needed.
  • Develop various types of integrations, such as third-party payroll, PECI/PICOF, API calls, Connectors, EIBs, and Studios.
  • Configure Workday business processes, security, custom reports, and notifications related to integrations.
  • Design and develop new integrations and reports through the Jira queue.
  • Ensure quality and accountability for all Workday-related projects.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and prioritize the backlog based on severity and impact.
  • Provide business analysis and best practices guidance for Workday.
Experience and Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Technology.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and supporting Workday integrations, including connectors, EIBs, Custom Reports, BIRT, and Studio.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional configuration.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing integrations with Workday Extend (preferred).
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio, SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business analysis skills.
  • Strong interest in Workday technology and industry automation.
