Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a local state client with RFP management and processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create detailed documentation, and support the implementation of business solutions. This opportunity will be an on-going 12-month contract based on performance that will start 5 days onsite, until acclimated and will allow for hybrid flexibility (2-3 days onsite/week).

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and system development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as soft skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite.

Plusses:

• Medicaid or prior healthcare experience.
• Previous work supporting the State of Virginia.
• Experience with JIRA and Remedy are highly desired.
