LHH is searching for Staff Software Engineers – Front End for our client in Bentonville, AR, or Sunnyvale, CA. Position Highlights

• Staff Software Engineer (Front End)
• Experience Required: 6+ years in software engineering or related fields.
• Compensation: $190,000–$210,000 (Sunnyvale) or $120,000 - $135,000 (Bentonville), with a 20% annual bonus and $100,000 in equity.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, resilient front-end and mobile solutions using modern frameworks like React Native.
• Drive the architecture of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Lead development best practices, code reviews, and the implementation of Agile methodologies.
• Build and deploy mobile frameworks and distributed backend services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Optimize client-side performance and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and align stakeholders around technical solutions.

Education:

• Staff Level: Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Languages & Frameworks: React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java, HTML5, NodeJS.
• Cloud Environments: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Backend Expertise: .Net C#, SQL, CosmosDB, Kafka, microservices.
• Development Practices: CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, API design and integration, telemetry.

Additional Skills: Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, open-source libraries, and scalable design patterns.

Preferred Experience:

• Ad Tech, e-commerce, or retail industry experience.
• Building data infrastructure for scalability and resiliency.
• Leading diverse engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
