Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Stock Controller to join the team at their NYC location. Candidates must be available to work a full time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
• Manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages
• Provide customer service to customers regarding repairs and returns
• Achieve inventory level accuracy
• Ensure stock/product in back of house and front of house are maintained to operations guidelines
• Assist with client purchases, consignments, and charge sends to other locations
• Maintain logs for all shipments
• Input and process authorized merchandise into inventory
• Maintain loss prevention standards through
• Assist with controlling shortage through inventory management
• Support store staff to comply with all company initiatives
• Manage all ecommerce orders for store location and ensure they are fulfilled in timely manner
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years Retail Operations/Stock experience
• Experience in luxury retail preferred
• Proven track record of successful inventory count, maintenance, and availability reports
• Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must have previously held title of BOH, Stock, Operations manager
• Results-driven and customer focused
• Strong attention to detail and can work with numbers
• Ability to read and analyze reports and perform fundamental calculations
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs & stand for duration of shift

Salary: $30/hr
