Client

Our client is a well-known contractor across the south. They have a diverse portfolio with multiple divisions to ensure stability with any changes in the market. This role is within their owners rep division. You will be involved from the very early stages with clients and guide them through the process. This role involved a lot of conceptual estimating, and early budgeting and may involve helping with scheduling and working with design teams. Projects are mostly across Education & Healthcare work up to $50m.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of estimating experience (or 10 years total with some Project Management)
• Experience with conceptual estimating.
• Understands how a project works throughout procurement & scheduling.
• Desire to grow and lead a team.
• Excellent at forming and maintaining relationships with clients.
