Construction Project Manager - Milwaukee, WI - Multi-Family

Our Client is a well established, award winning commercial construction contractor based within the Chicago area and are now on the look out for an experienced Project Manager to join their friendly and dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of a projects life cycle, from bidding to completion. You will be the point of contact for stakeholders and will be expected to provide timely status reports to keep track of budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Proven track record of succesfully completed projects on schedual and within budget
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
