Senior Project Manager – Aviation

Dallas, Texas


Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000 per year


Seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a highly reputable General Contractor and Construction Management firm in Dallas, Texas .

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to $175,000 per year , along with a generous benefits package that includes bonuses, 401k, and additional perks .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple aviation construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Lead the development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders , including clients, airport authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels, fostering a collaborative and proactive environment.
  • Implement and monitor project controls, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews, identifying and resolving potential risks or issues.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including contract negotiation and vendor selection.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, promoting professional development and high performance.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Aviation sector , with significant experience on airport projects .
  • Expertise in commercial interiors or interior fit-out projects is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex construction challenges.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
