Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ocean, NJ for a Senior Construction Project Manager. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects. The candidate will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and adheres to regulations and established quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Ability to create and manage project budgets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of experience in construction project management
• Experience in managing construction projects in various industries and settings
