General contractor with 75+ years of experience looking for a Project Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction for multimillion dollar projects.

Responsibilities :

• Reading and interpreting site plans, specifications, and construction drawings
• Working with the Project Manager to formulate project schedule
• Understanding subcontractor’s scope of work
• Managing work flow so as to stay on schedule
• Maintaining daily log of all on-site activities and site conditions
• Understanding OSHA requirements and inspections
• Maintaining company safety plan and reporting all (if any) incidents
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with subcontractors
• Attending meetings with owners and sub-contractors
• Punch list and closeout process to allow for on schedule completion
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear concise manner

Experience :

• Computer knowledge of construction programs
• Construction Supervision: 5 years (required)

Requirements :

• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA 10 hour certification
