Dueall Construction provides re-construction services for residential and commercial buildings in the State of Florida. The selected candidate will work out of our Bradenton, FL office.
Here’s the work you get to do:
- Lead and oversee multiple large-scale restoration projects across Florida, ensuring excellence in every phase from planning to completion
- Develop comprehensive project strategies that minimize impact on residential communities while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Direct and coordinate construction teams across multiple disciplines including stucco restoration, framing, roofing, and waterproofing systems
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturers' representatives, and building officials to ensure all work meets or exceeds Florida Building Code and ASTM standards
- Evaluate project sites and existing conditions to develop detailed restoration plans and technical solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining our commitment to quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
- Build, guide and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Oversee quality control processes across all project phases, from demolition to final coating applications
- Ensure proper implementation of critical building envelope components and waterproofing systems
- Direct safety protocols and maintain compliance across all project sites

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred – extensive industry experience may substitute for formal education
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with focus on exterior restoration and building envelope systems
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale restoration projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of stucco systems, waterproofing, and building envelope technologies
- Process improvement mindset with commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices
