With an active portfolio of 50+ projects in construction and a talented team of 15 crews, we are looking for a Director of Operations to help drive our growth and operational excellence.
This leadership role is integral to our senior management team and offers the opportunity to shape the company's future, optimize processes, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do As the Director of Operations , you will oversee our field and project management operations, lead cross-functional initiatives, and play a key role in strategic decision-making. You will manage operational compliance, budget oversight, and administrative functions while collaborating closely with project managers and lead foremen.
Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of processes across budget, operations, and management.
- Contribute to strategic growth planning as part of the executive team.
- Oversee field operations, including weekly crew schedules and project assignments.
- Foster strong customer relationships and maintain high-quality standards across projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure project success and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with strong business acumen and a background in construction operations. You bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives effectively.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or field management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-focused approach.
- Experience managing crews and field personnel within a trade contractor environment.
- Proven ability to deliver quality results while managing budgets and schedules.
