What You'll Do

As the strategic leader for our client’s ecommerce initiatives, you will:

• Create and implement growth-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at driving sales, acquiring new customers, and enhancing customer retention.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to build and execute a comprehensive plan to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels , including paid ads, email, SMS, and partnerships.
• Own the customer journey , ensuring every touchpoint delivers an exceptional experience.
• Manage and enhance ecommerce platforms , including a WooCommerce site and an Amazon storefront.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget , ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve ecommerce performance and customer engagement.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team , including internal talent, external agencies, and content creators.
• Stay ahead of industry trends , technologies, and innovations to keep our client’s brand at the forefront of ecommerce.

Who You Are

Our client is looking for someone who is:

• An experienced ecommerce strategist with 5+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce marketing experience.
• A proven leader with a track record of managing teams, agencies, and partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
• Technically proficient in digital advertising (Meta, Google), email marketing, and SMS, with a hands-on understanding of campaign management.
• Data-savvy , with the ability to gather, analyze, and act on clean, actionable insights.
• Customer-obsessed , ensuring the best possible experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Creative and analytical , blending innovative ideas with a rigorous focus on results.
