Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The CFO will manage financial risks, ensure compliance, develop financial instruments, analyze financial performance, and lead financial reporting.

Required experience structuring deals worth $500 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the renewable energy sector REQUIRED
• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 10 years of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
