What You’ll Do:

As CFO, you’ll be a key architect in the company’s financial strategy, responsible for:

• Leading the accounting and finance functions across multiple office locations.
• Overseeing financial planning, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the company’s long-term profitability and stability.
• Driving M&A initiatives, from due diligence through integration, ensuring seamless transitions and maximized value creation.
• Establishing best practices in financial operations, GAAP compliance, and business metrics to optimize performance.
• Presenting strategic insights and financial reports to the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on financial executive with:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance within residential services, facility services, or construction services, with 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong experience in private equity-backed companies and multi-site/multi-state operations.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
• Proven success in developing KPIs, financial controls, and systems to drive operational improvement.
• CPA designation (preferred) and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• The ability to think strategically while being willing to “roll up your sleeves” and execute tactical initiatives.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
