Our client, a leading Real Estate Data Insights company offers comprehensive data, insights, and publications related to commercial property and home construction, serving as a vital resource for housing industry professionals. They are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager to assume an interim role.

-40 hours work/week

-6-8 week Contract

-Vena experience required

Responsibilities:

• Assist with integrating financial data from ERPs, ensuring seamless workflow and accuracy.
• Maintain budget templates and input systems, ensuring they align with the company’s financial goals and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across different segments to provide actionable insights and financial support.
• Take a hands-on approach to analyzing financial data, reports, and segment-specific performance metrics.
• Manage hierarchical data models and administer Vena to ensure efficient reporting and forecasting processes.
• Support the annual budget process, providing timely and accurate information for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 2+ of experience in Financial Analysis
• Vena Growth Engine experience
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Experience with reporting and integration systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Strong accounting background and understanding of financial statements.
