Employment Type: Direct Hire

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 with a bonus.
  • Work Schedule: In-office environment, four days a week.


Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Benefits Manager for our client in Dallas, TX. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s benefits programs. The position combines strategic planning, direct employee support, and extensive reporting to ensure seamless execution of benefits-related functions. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a polished presentation, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Manage and optimize health, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plans.
  • Rewards and Recognitions: Oversee the Rewards and Recognitions program, including logins, points tracking, and reporting.
  • Reporting: Dedicate approximately 50% of the role to generating and analyzing benefits reports. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) is essential.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors for open enrollment and ongoing benefits support.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and stay informed of benefits trends and market changes.
  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by proactively reaching out to employees and addressing physician group needs with care and professionalism.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic benefits solutions and support the company’s growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on benefits management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and strong expertise in MS Excel for reporting purposes.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presentation and executive presence.
