We are seeking a candidate to manage multi-discipline site design projects. This person will have the opportunity to work on private & public site development projects across various markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• This individual will serve a key function in managing the design and permitting of a variety of land development projects.
• Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
• Develop new clients for the firm and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Perform zoning interpretation and prepare feasibility studies, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct stormwater management design: Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling, Erosion and Sediment Control (E&SC) planning, etc.
• Engage with regulatory agencies.
• Provide quality control of staff design & reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience working in Engineering, preferably with land development projects.
• NJ PE license.
• Experience working on land development and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
